Parfonova L. Choice of the vectors of development of the national higher education system

Research object: development of the national system of higher education. Research purpose: development of theoretical and methodical positions, their empiric verification in relation to functioning of the system of higher education, called to become basis for the choice of possible vectors of its development. Research methods: logical abstraction, object-oriented decomposition, analysis and synthesis, analogy; grouping, economic comparisons; descriptions statistics, analysis of unnumerical of information, comparative analysis, content-analyze; statistical methods. Theoretical results consist in deepening, subsequent development and improvement of tool of research of results of functioning of the national system of higher education. The practical value of research consists in leading to them to the level of scientifically-methodical developments and practical recommendations in relation to the choice of vectors of development of the domestic system of higher education. Recommendations are utilized in-process: Managements of education and science of Donetsk regional state administration; Institute of economic and legal researches of National academy of sciences of Ukraine; Institute of after a diploma formation of the Donetsk national university of economy and trade of the name of Michael Tugan-Baranovskiy Department of education and science of Ukraine, Makeevka economic humanitarian institute; there is the "Donetsk national technical university" of Department of education and science and Donetsk national university of Department of education and science of Ukraine in the educational process of Ste Higher Educational Establishment. Scientific novelty: a place and role of the system of higher education is certain and the methods of providing of its development are synthesized. World experience of choice of directions of development of the system of higher education is generalized and the methods of analysis of its organization are appraised in the different countries of the world. Certainly receptions of estimation of effectiveness of functioning of the system of higher education. The choice of indexes of socio-economic development of country is done for comparing to the indexes of development of the system of higher education. The structural logical model of choice of vectors of development of the system is offered. The choice of methods of development of the domestic system of higher education is grounded and the organizationally-informative providing of its development is developed. The sphere of the use is activity of Department of education and science of Ukraine; Ministries of economy of Ukraine; Main administrations of education and science of regional state administrations; commissions on questions of education, science, culture and informative sphere; organs of local self-government; scientific establishments on the type of the advanced study; higher educational establishments.
