Essay

Object of research: management processes by logistic maintenance of consumers. Purpose of research: development of models of management processes by logistic maintenance of consumers. Methods of research: analysis of the systems; methods of theory of mass service, theories of chances and mathematical programming; methods of theory of the graphs; simulation techniques; methods of administrative analysis and treatment of expert judgments. Results: conception of design of management processes is offered by logistic maintenance of consumers; the discretely-event models of processes of logistic service of customers are improved; the determined models of determination of optimal plan of transportations are improved; the method of estimation of accordance of logistic services consumer expectation and their satisfaction got further development; the stochastic models of determination of requirement got further development in transport vehicles, necessary for fulfilling the plan of transportations of commodity from a consumer to the suppliers. Novelty: First: conception of design of management processes is worked out by logistic maintenance of consumers. Improved: discretely-event models of processes of logistic service of customers; determined models of determination of optimal plan of transportations of certain type of products on the that or other type of transport from consumers. Got further development: method of estimation of accordance of logistic services between consumer expectation and their satisfaction; stochastic models of determination of requirement are in transport vehicles. Field of the use: level of enterprises.
