The dissertation is devoted to experimental searching of potential drugs with neyrotropic action among 10 new derivatives 3-amino-1,2-dihydro-3Н-1,4- benzodiazepine-2-ones and 22 new derivatives 3-ariliden(hetariliden)-1,2- dihydro-3Н-1,4-benzodiazepine-2-ones with different substituens, and also analysis of communication between chemical structure and pharmacological activity. Acute toxicity has shown, that all derivatives may be attributed to the low toxic compounds The unexpected spectrum of activity is set in 3-ariliden(hetariliden) derivatives antidepressed with an activating component, nootropic, anorexigenic action). 2 is educed most perspective BASS, for that along with small toxicness, neuropharmacological effects in small doses(1-10 mgs/of kg) : cognisyl (derivative 9) that on the antidepressed activity excelled preparation of comparison amitriptyline in 4 times; has the expressed dose depute nootropic activity at the level pyracetamum(400 mg/kg), but in the range of doses 1-10 mgs/of kg, as potential medicinal means with nootropic, timeretic, anorexigenic activity; derivative 2 - for the correction of disorders of food behavior.
