Object of research: processes of the marketing-oriented management by an enterprise in the field of informative business. Purpose of research: theoretical ground and development of instruments of design of the marketing-oriented management an enterprise in the field of informative business, introduction of which will allow to promote the profitableness of enterprise due to effective satisfaction of queries of consumers. Methods of research: system and structural-functional approaches, proceses and situatioonal approaches. Results: the analysis of management features is conducted by marketing activity of enterprises in the field of informative business of Ukraine; the methodological going is investigational near the design of management by marketing activity of enterprise in the field of informative business; conception of design of the marketing-oriented management an enterprise is worked out in the field of informative business; the economical and mathematical model of planning of marketing measures of enterprise is worked out in the field of informative business; the экономико-математическая model of prognostication of efficiency of introduction of marketing measures is improved on the enterprises of informative business; the model of the computer-integrated system of the marketing-oriented management is offered by an enterprise in the field of informative business; the system-dynamic model of planning of marketing measures and prognostication of efficiency of introduction of marketing measures is worked out on enterprises in the field of informative business; the structure of the system of support of making decision of the marketing-oriented management is offered by an enterprise in the field of informative business; realization of complex of marketing-oriented case frames is conducted by an enterprise in the field of informative business and the estimation of their efficiency is carried out. Novelty: First worked out: conception of modeling of the marketing-oriented management an enterprise in the field of informative business. Improved: economical and mathematical model of planning of marketing measures of enterprise in the field of informative business; economical and mathematical model of prognostication of efficiency of introduction of marketing measures on the enterprises of informative business.
