The object of study is the process of crisis management in-house HR policy of corporate structures. The aim is to develop the theoretical and methodological bases of internal regulation of the labor market and develop scientific recommendations for the formation of anti-crisis policy of corporate human resources organizations. Methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, the method of historical unity and logical, comparative approach, positive and normative approaches, statistical, mathematical and economic method of comparative analysis, graphing. Theoretical results are to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study internal labor market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for personnel policy of corporate structures in the context of anti-crisis development.
