Essay

Object of research: management process by the competitiveness of enterprise of electronic commerce. Purpose of research: development of mathematical models and management methods by the competitiveness of enterprises of electronic commerce for the increase of efficiency of functioning in market conditions. Methods of research: theoretical generalization; analysis of the systems; theory of fuzzy sets; methods of mathematical design; information technologies. Results: systematization and generalization of existent approaches and methods of estimation and management are carried out by the competitiveness of enterprises; the features of estimation and management are formulated by the competitiveness of enterprises of electronic commerce in Ukraine; conception of design of management is worked out by the competitiveness of enterprise of electronic commerce; the system of indexes, which characterizes the business processes of enterprises of electronic commerce for a management by the level of competitiveness, is worked out; the graphic method of presentation of integral index of level of competitiveness of enterprise is improved; the dynamic model of competition at the market of enterprises of electronic commerce is worked out; a nonlinear case frame is built by the competitiveness of enterprise of electronic commerce which is based on determination of optimal trajectory of development; the system of support of making decision of process of estimation and management is worked out by the competitiveness of enterprise of electronic commerce; on the base of the real economic object efficiency of the offered models and methods is well-proven. Novelty: by the competitiveness of enterprise of electronic commerce; a nonlinear case frame is worked out by the competitiveness of enterprise of electronic commerce. Improved: system of indexes, which characterizes the business processes of enterprises of electronic commerce; dynamic model of competition at the market of enterprises of electronic commerce; graphic method of presentation of integral index of level of competitiveness of enterprise; system of support of making decision of process of estimation and management by the competitiveness of enterprise of electronic commerce.
