Voynalovych I. The educational factors of enhancing competitiveness of labor force in Ukraine

The thesis highlights the development of the theoretical, methodological and applied principles of the investigation into the educational factors of competitiveness of labor force; It is also aimed at substantiating the practical recommendations related to enhancing competitiveness of labor force through the mechanism of implementing these factors; the priority role of education in the formation of competitive advantages of labor force, as well as in the enhancement of its competitiveness, is revealed; the structure of the educational and professional component of competitiveness of labor force and the importance of its separate elements are explained; the classification of the educational factors of competitiveness of labor force is systematized and improved; the integrated analysis of the effects of the population educational level on competitiveness of labor force on the basis of the totality of objective and subjective factors is done; the peculiarities of the interaction between labor market and market of educational services in Ukraine are studied; the parameters of its coordination are determined; the assessment of the mechanism of the state order for training specialist with higher education is done. the organizational and economic mechanism of implementing the educational factors of enhancing competitiveness of labor force is developed; the main directions and prospects of enhancing competitiveness of labor force on the basis of improving the quality of labor and developing the educational and professional component are suggested.
