Zaytsev V. Increasing of machine operators' labour organization effectiveness at a machine-building enterprise

Research object: organization of labour of workers-machine-operators of machine-building enterprise. Research purpose: theoretical generalization, practical ground and development of methodical recommendations on the increase of efficiency of organization of labour of machine-operators. Research methods: comparative, statistical and technical-economic analysis; logistic, system generalization; complex having a special purpose approach. Theoretical results consist in a ground and development of bases of organizational economic mechanism of increase of organization of labour of machine-operators of machine-building enterprise. A practical value consists in development of concrete scientific-methodical and practical recommendations, formings pre-conditions for the increase of efficiency of organization of labour of machine-operators of machine-building enterprise on principles of investment-innovative development. Recommendations are utillized in-process: the Public joint-stock company of "Novokramatorsk machine-building plant"; the Public joint-stock company of "Starokramatorsk machine-building plant"; Institute of economic and legal researches of NAS of Ukraine; State scientific-research establishment "Center of the productivity of Ministry of social policy of Ukraine". Scientific novelty: understanding of essence is specified, certain and systematized basic methods of organization of labour in the workplace of industrial enterprises. Generalized and selected the feature of measuring of efficiency of organization of labour of workers on a machine-building enterprise. The evaluation of jobs and the use of working hours is executed on the workplaces of enterprise. The analysis of functional division of labor of workers is conducted, a complex estimation is set and measures are grounded on the increase of effective organization of labour on a machine-building enterprise. Composition of the program of strategic development of machine-building enterprise is certain. The balanced system of indexes of organization of workplaces of machine-operators is formed on a machine-building enterprise on the basis of development of strategic card. The sphere of the use is activity of executive branches of power, regional state administrations, managements of labour and social defence of local advices; domestic machine-building enterprises; of scientific research establishments on the type of the advanced study; higher educational establishments.
