Essay

Research object is a process of the social partnership's influence on the employees' professional development. Research purpose is deepening of theoretical and methodical principles and scientific and practical recommendations development about a social partnership's activation in the area of employees' professional development in modern terms. Research methods. Theoretical basis of research are fundamental positions of modern economic theory, domestic and foreign scientists works of the functioning and adjusting of the social-labour relations problems, employees' professional development, social responsibility. During the research the methods of induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, comparison and classification, economical and statistical and sociological analysis, regressive, cross-correlation analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, expert estimations, informative-logical analysis were used. There are improved the conception of the social partnership's mechanism functioning, it is focused on the employees' professional development; complex system of indexes of evaluation of the social partnership and the employees' professional development interrelation in the research. The interpretation of the social partnership's influence, theoretical positions in relation to activation of the social partnership role in employees' professional development which are based on the analysis of world experience, the integral estimation of the social partnership's influence on professional development scientific and methodical approach on a microlevel, scientifically substantiated recommendations about activation of the social partners co-operation in regard to the employees' professional development; the principles of strengthening of collaboration of employers, higher educational establishments and other social partners, in the terms of the business social responsible were purchased the subsequent development. Scientific, methodical and practical recommendations in area of the improving of the social partnership mechanism functioning in the context of his employees' professional development were used by Kirovograd municipal council in "The Program of the Economic and social development of Kirovograd on 2012 year and basic directions of development on 2013 and 2014 years" and by Kirovograd regional state administration in "The Program of the population employment of the Kirovograd area for the period until 2017 year". The complex system of indexes of evaluation of the social partnership and the employees' professional development interrelation and the approach of the integral estimation of the social partnership's influence on professional development t is applied in activity of enterprises: Government-owned Corporation "OARP "Odesaviaremservis", Government-owned Corporation "Chuguevskiy airrepair factory".
