Object of research: management process by the human capital of enterprise. Purpose of research: development of case frames by the human capital of enterprise, based on the methods of economical and mathematical modeling, which will allow to provide continuous development of competences of workers at optimal allocation of charges on studies, enterprises arrived for an increase. Methods of research: methods of analysis and synthesis, methods of economic dynamics, simulation techniques, methods of the systems of support of decision-making.
