Kindrat I. Management of educational process in preschool on the basis of integration

Object: the management of preschool educational process; aim: to develop, prove in theory and examine in practice pedagogically-organizational integration-based conditions of preschool educational management; methods: analysis of scientific literature, generalization, modeling, polling, analysis of documents, educational experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: in the thesis, it has been defined and proved the effectiveness of implementation of integration-based strategy of interaction of managing and managed sub-systems on different (strategic, tactic and operational) levels which is provided by complex of organizationally-pedagogical conditions; results: jointly with heads and teachers of preschool, we have developed a program of management actions of methodological character provided with the educationally-methodological complex „The technology of mind-mapping in planning and organization of educational process”; a technology of planning of educational process based on mind-mapping has been developed; field: theory and methodology of educational management
