Research object is a process of adjusting of risks in labour relations. A purpose of work is development of scientific-methodical and practical bases socially responsible adjusting of risks in labour relations. Research methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of research was become by fundamental positions of theory of risks, modern economic theory, work of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of social-labour relations, social responsibility, adjusting of risks in a social sphere. In the process of research methods were used: structural-logical, dialectical, historical, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, analysis of the systems, aggregating, graphic. In-process improved: determination of concept "Risks in labour relations"; classification of risks in labour relations; scientific-methodical bases of estimation socially responsible adjusting of risks in labour relations; organizational bases of government control of risks in the field of labour; complex estimation of tendencies of distribution of risks in labour relations. Purchased subsequent development: theoretical positions in relation to determination of essence socially responsible adjusting of risks in labour relations; conceptual bases socially responsible adjusting of risks in labour relations; ground of priorities of the collective-contractual adjusting of risks in labour relations from positions of social responsibility. Scientific-methodical and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of adjusting of risks in labour relations on bases of social responsibility found the applied application in activity of PAT "RІVNEAZOT" in-process economic service and at forming of social report of enterprise; LTD. "Kostopol's'kiy the veneered factory" in the process of preparation of labour agreements on bases of social responsibility and in aims prevention of conflicts and by Rovenskoy regional state administration and Federation of trade unions of the Rovenskoy area in the process of preparation of project of the Regional agreement between Rovenskoy regional state administration, regional soviet, association of organizations of employers of area and Federation of trade unions of area on socio-economic questions on 2013-2015 years and by Rovenskoy regional state administration in the process of consideration of changes in the mechanism of the public purchasing at the level of the Rovenskoy area in relation to the basic stages of procedure of the public purchasing.
