Essay

The concept of car dealers' activities management modelling based on viability criterion was developed in this dissertation work. The concept involves four elements and allows to perform quantitative evaluation of the car dealers' viability and its elements, and on the basis of the obtained data to determine management and dealer chain development scenario. The set of economic and mathematical models and methods including the methods that allow to increase car dealers' stability, the model that allows to distribute selling expenses and markups between the manufacturer and sales intermediary, methods of marketing activity efficiency increasing, the model of reflexive interaction of car manufacturer, car dealer and consumer, the model of car dealers' viability structure was developed. Methods of goods and services market analysis were further developed. They allow to define the car dealer's market position, the adequacy of the price policy to market conditions and to the stages of the product life cycle. Further development of the of the of, which allow to determine the place of the dealer on the market.
