Essay

The problems of formation of qualities of a successful person in the out-of-class work of a comprehensive secondary school are being researched. The scientists' views of different periods on the peculiarities of development of coming generation, their readiness for the socialization, creative self-realization, use of labor and moral and spiritual upbringing in the process of formation of qualities of a successful person in coming generation - generation, which will become a pledge of our country's development, are being stated. The theoretical model of qualities of a successful person has been represented; the description of units of this model has been given, and also the interconnection of these units is being researched. The factors which influence the process of formation of qualities of a successful person in teenagers have been stated in the research. They include family, class and out-of-class work, mass media. The criteria (value, motivational, emotional, behavioral, practical), levels and indicators of formation of qualities of a successful person in teenagers in the out-of-class work of a comprehensive secondary school, have been devised on the basis of the theoretical model of qualities of a successful person. Organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of qualities of a successful person in teenagers in the out-of-class-work have been defined: the creation of club "Secrets and laws of successfulness", the creation of situation of success, the system of creative tasks, the use of game technologies. Organizational and pedagogical conditions, forms and methods gave the possibility to create the atmosphere of healthy competition, creative attitude to any kind of activity, which is aimed at success and moral and spiritual evaluation of successful activity. The effectiveness of use of these organizational and pedagogical conditions has been proved in the research.
