Fesik L. Management of university I level of accreditation on the adaptive basis

The thesis is devoted to the development, justification and experimental verification model of management of university I level of accreditation on adaptive principles for improving the effectiveness of its activities in the training of specialists with higher education. In the dissertation a model of management of university I level of accreditation was developed and tested at first. The practical significance of the results is that developed guidelines for the management of university I level of accreditation level can be used in the practice of the respective universities with different ownership and subordination. Implementation of results of the study will create the conditions for self-reflective participants in the educational process to transform their innovative initiatives in the mechanism of development of higher education in general. The results of study can be used for: training for a specific category of "management education"; in the educational process of professional development of teachers of university I level of accreditation of post-graduate education; in research in respect of higher education I level of accreditation.
