Essay

Object of research - the process of stimulation of teachers' innovative work. Subject of research - theoretical, methodological and practical principles of stimulation of teachers' innovative work in the conditions ofeducation modernization. Methods ofresearch. Dissertation is based on the elaborationof theoretical developments of domestic and foreign scholars on the problems of the development of education, human capital, enhancing of innovation work and its stimulation. To achieve the goal of this work a number of scientific and special methods of investigation wereused, in particular: dialectical method, induction and deduction; the method of abstractlogical classifications; economic and statistical analysis; economic-mathematical and sociological analysis, graphical-analytical; expert assessments, economic and mathematical modeling; information and logical analysis, graphic-analytical methods. For the first time:the scientific and methodological bases for the construction and regulation of the teacher's "motivational profile" are designed. Advanced: theoretical approaches to determine the nature and characteristics of teachers'innovativework; systematization of methods of stimulation of teachers' innovativework in the countries that are moving to the knowledge economy; vectors and tools of stimulation teachers' innovativework on the principles of social partnership. Received subsequent development: the evaluation of the effectiveness of existing incentive mechanism of stimulation ofsecondary school teachers' innovativework at the different economic levels; comparative evaluation of teachers' salaries in Ukrainian region and its capabilities for meeting the urgent social needs; conceptual principles for improving the mechanisms of stimulation of secondary school teachers' innovativework in the in conditions ofeducation modernization. Scientific-methodological and practical recommendations on the evaluation of stimulation ofsecondary schools teachers' innovativework, improving the system of rewards, manifestations of creativity in working with pupils have been used in practical activities of educational management of Kirovohrad; proposals for improving the incentive mechanism of stimulation of teachers' innovativework on the principles of social partnership, enhancing the role of trade unions, in improving the stimulation of teachers' work that was used in the Kirovohrad regional organization Union of Education and Science of Ukraine; individual research results in the tutorial process of Kirovograd National Technical University in teaching disciplines: "Personnel Management", "Labor Economics and Labor Relations" are introduced.
