Siedashova O. Intellectual-artistic creativity development of agrarian universities students.

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of intellectual-artistic creativity development of agrarian universities students'. The problem has been analyzed in philosophic, psychological and pedagogical literature. The essence of the concepts "creativity", "intellectual creativity", "professional culture" has been specified. "Intellectual-artistic creativity" and "agrarian pedagogy" concepts have been used for the first time. In the thesis activity of an agrarian specialist, pedagogical conditions for the intellectual-artistic creativity development of agrarian universities students are defined. The criteria, indicators and levels of intellectual-artistic creativity development of agrarian universities students are revealed. The system of intellectual-artistic creativity development of agrarian universities students has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified. The expediency and effectiveness of this system have become the basis for the formation of future specialists of agriculture and creation of a model of a modern Ukrainian agribusiness specialist.
