Essay

Object of research - the process of improving the system of work motivation in terms of innovative economic development. Theoretical and methodological basis of the thesis is the dialectical methods of knowledge of economic processes, systems and institutional approaches. The thesis is devoted to the scientific and methodological foundations of theoretical grounding and practical recommendations for the creation and improvement of work motivation in terms of innovative economic development. In the paper have been systematized scientific approaches to the definition of "work motivation" and "motivation system of work" as a socio-economic categories, clarified their meaning in terms of innovative economic development. Were identified and summarized the factors of development of the motivation, methodological approaches and indicators for its comprehensive assessment during the formation of an innovative economic model. Were defined the characteristics of work motivation in Ukraine at the macro, meso and micro levels, the ways of improvement of work motivation at all stages of the life cycle of the company and highlighted its basic elements. A socio-economic mechanism of work motivation and the ways of its further development in conditions of innovative economic model were worked out. An innovative policies to increase work motivation on the basis of relations of social partnership were defined. The main results of the study are used in practice by Uman district employment center in the development of a Regional Employment Program for 2014. Guidelines for the improvement of work motivation were used by economic department of the City Council of Uman during the development of the Program of economic and social development of the city in 2014. Guidelines improvement of work motivation at the plant have been used in the activity POSP "Uman Greenhouse works" during the implementation of the mechanism of regulation of the motivational process in order to improve productivity growth and efficiency of the enterprise. Recommendations on use of the potential of social partnership used in the activities of the federation of trade unions in Cherkasy Oblast in the preparation of a Regional Agreement between the Cherkasy Regional State Administration, regional employers' associations and federations of trade unions region.
