Shender A. Development of the market of educational services of higher educational establishments is the comtext of globalization

Research object is the process of the functioning and development of the education market of higher education institutions of III-IV accreditation levels in the context of globalization. A purpose of the work is the grounding of theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of methodological and practical recommendations on the strategy of the market of educational services of higher educational establishments development in the context of globalization. Research Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research are fundamental assumptions of modern economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on problems of the functioning and development of the market of educational services, the national educational policy of higher educational institutions and improvement of the quality of educational services, activisation of academic mobility. The following general scientific and special methods were used in the research: induction and deduction, systems analysis, table-graphic, comparative analysis, social survey, econometric analysis. In this work was improved scientific and methodical approach to a complex evaluation of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the market of educational services in higher education, was improved the policy implementation scheme of the mechanism of the market of educational services in higher education development, were developed the factors that influence the market of educational services of higher education establishments characteristics, recommendations for areas enhancing the competitiveness of higher education institutions and approaches to assess the current state of academic mobility (according to an survey of Lviv higher educational establishments), the principles of the impact of globalization on the market of educational services through taking advantage of the "fifth freedom (knowledge movement)", interpretations of "market of educational services of higher educational establishments." Methodological and practical recommendations to increase academic mobility of tutors and students in higher education were used byd the Department of Education and Science of the Lviv regional state administration in the implementation of the Programme of Education Development in Lviv region for 2009-2012. Recommendations to overcome the negative trends of educational migration in Ukraine were used by the Committee on Social Policy and Labour Migration Service Department in Lviv Region State Committee of Ukraine on Nationalities and Religions. Some results of research on improving the quality of educational services and advice to enhance cooperation between education and business were submitted to the Association of Employers of Lviv region.
