Zvonar Y. Regional means of rising the competitiveness of social labour potential

Object of research: social and labor potential of the region and the factors of its formation and development. Objective: justification of the theoretical and methodological foundations of social and labor competitiveness of potential of region, developing practical recommendations for the formation of a regional mechanism for improving the competitiveness of social and labor potential of the economically active population. Methods: scientific abstraction, synthesis, comparison, image. Novelty: for the first time reveals the essence of the process of regulation of social and labor competitiveness capacity at the regional level management that includes a set of legal, economic, social, organizational, scientific and technical measures aimed at implementing potential opportunities of employees taking into account conjuncture fluctuations in the labor market and the real labor costs, which ensures its quality reproduction, improved the concept of "social and labor competitive potential", approaches to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of social and employment competitive potential as a system. Scope: in the activities of Main Department of Economy of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration during process of development the draft program of socio-economic development of the Transcarpathian region to the 2013, in the learning process of Mukachevo State University.
