Essay

Object of study: process of formation and evaluation of parameters that determine economic performance of enterprise. Objective: developing of theoretical positions and methodological-applied recommendations regarding the structure, impact and directions development of the educational and professional potential (EPP) staff to ensure improving investment attractiveness (IA) business. Methods: comparison, classification, structural-functional and logic generalization, peer reviews, graphical interpretation, mathematical modeling. Novelty: first developed guidelines to improve IP enterprise in the context of improving the EPP staff, based on improving the structure and quality EPD staff on the basis of mutual influences IA entities and EPP staff and aimed at increasing IA enterprise, improved method of evaluating the impact of EPP staff on IA enterprise structure and qualitative aspects EPP staff in the context of improving the IA enterprise. Scope: in the activity of Municipal Transport Factory, Stryi Carriage Repair Plant, Drogobych Truck Crane Plant, Lviv Locomotive Repair Plant, in the learning process of Lviv University of Business and Law.
