Essay

Object of research: the process of reforming the wage system of production personnel. Objective: Developing of the theoretical and methodological positions and applied aspects of the reforming of the wage system of production personnel. Methods: analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, system approach, modeling, induction and deduction, quantitative and qualitative analysis, surveys. Novelty: for the first time developed classification of subspecies of hourly wages of production staff on the criterion of motivational incentives to enhance productivity, that allowing to distinguish subspecies of hour fee based on fixed salary and based on indicators of productivity, improved organizational and economic mechanism of forming and reformation of the wage system, procedures and tabular forms of accounting actually spent time by each worker, methodical approaches to setting planned norms expenditures of labor of production personnel. Sphere of use: the development of program of socio-economic and cultural development of the Lviv region, in activities of the plant of television technology “Electron”, factory “Elektropobutprylad”.
