Essay

Objective of the research. On the basis of theoretical aspects of the research study to identify and experimentally verify the pedagogical conditions of education of culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets in the educational process of State Emergensy Service of Ukraine. Object of the research. The educational process of higher educational establishments of State Emergensy Service of Ukraine. Subject of the research. Pedagogical conditions of education of culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets in the educational process of higher educational establishments of State Emergensy Service of Ukraine. Problem of the research. On the analysis of scientific literature to clarify the meaning of key concepts of research, pedagogical essence of the phenomenon of "culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets". 2. To identify the criteria and indicators and to characterize the level of education of the culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets. 3. To substantiate the pedagogical conditions of education of culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets in the educational process of higher educational establishments of State Emergensy Service of Ukraine and experimentally test their effectiveness. 4. To develop and to test a pedagogical model of education of culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets in the educational process of higher educational establishments of State Emergensy Service of Ukraine. Scientific novelty of the research. for the first time the pedagogical conditions of education of culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets in the educational process of higher educational establishments of State Emergensy Service of Ukraine are substantiated (acquisition by cadets of personal meaning of mastering of the culture of interpersonal interaction through the awareness of its objectives and significance, gaining experience of constructive interpersonal interaction in the process of establishing interaction with the subjects of educational process; the correction of less developed skills and interpersonal interaction skills through professional self-development) within the pedagogical model of the process, that includes methodological approaches (learner-oriented, activity, competence), principles (purposeful creation of emotionally enriched educational situations, personality- developing communication, usage of activity aimed at pedagogical action, unity of educational influenses of all members of the educational process), stages (development, individual educational, developmental-correctional), content, forms and methods of education of culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets; there were the defined criteria (cognitive, emotional, motivational, activity practical, regulatory), indicators and characterized the levels (high, medium, low) of breeding of culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets in the educational process of State Emergensy Service of Ukraine; - there was specified the content of key concepts of the study ("culture of personality", "culture of cooperation"), pedagogical essence of the phenomenon of "culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets" (multidimensional phenomenon, based on interiorized standards of morality, ethics, values and ideals of the organization of consistent performance and relationships of cadets team, the best social and personal development of future officers as subjects of interpersonal interaction); - were further developed scientific understanding of the features of the education of culture of interpersonal interaction of cadets in higher educational establishments of Ukraine of State Emergensy Service of Ukraine. and causes of conflicts of cadets' environment.
