Object of study: the process of securing decent work in Ukraine; Objective: To further develop theoretical positions, methodological support and practical advice on the socio-economic mechanism of decent work in Ukraine; methods and techniques: historical and logical, morphological analysis, theoretical generalization and logical analysis, classification and analytical method, economic-mathematical methods, correlation-regression analysis, methods of statistical analysis, scenario analysis method and extrapolation, graphically-analytical method; theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological approach to assess the level of decent work, which is to calculate the difference between the integral index of: basic, socially-oriented indicators and indicators of phenomena; definition of "decent work" as the basis of quality of work life of man as productive employment, which includes the rights of citizens in employment, provision of adequate social protection, social partnership; theoretical model of socio-economic mechanism of decent work, which feature is: system combination of its legal, organizational, economic, and social and economic support; methodological position determining measures improving decent work, the difference of which is to identify their priority; interpretation of the nature and sequence of the main stages of public-public monitoring decent work, a feature of which is its conduct at all economic levels (national, regional and enterprises) according to specified terms, procedures, and methods based on the proposed level indicators of decent work; scientific and practical approach to enhance social responsibility of employers and the state, which is the difference in the implementation of progressive international experience, improve national legislation implementing the practice of social reporting, which includes the proposed indicators of decent work; degree of implementation: development implemented in practice of Strategic Planning, Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, Department of Social Policy Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration in the learning process SHEI "Carpathian National University named after V.
