Stamatin O. Evaluation and directions of work life quality improvement of workers in industry

Object of study: quality of working life as a complex socio-economic phenomenon; Objective: To further develop theoretical positions, methods of practical recommendations for evaluating the quality of working life and to identify priority areas to improve it in the industry; methods and techniques: graphical, statistical analysis, multivariate factor analysis, a method of neural networks, fuzzy sets theory for constructing membership functions, matrix positioning method of peer review, abstract and logical method, system approach, methods of analysis and synthesis; theoretical and practical results: the definition of "quality of working life", a feature which is based on objective component that characterizes the capabilities of management to ensure the quality of working life in accordance with the results of regional-and industry conditions; methodological approach of evaluation of quality of work life of employees engineering industry on the possibility of providing the results of management (the internal environment); methodological support the quantitative determination of the quality of working life of employees, the entity industry on regional and industry-specific conditions (in the environment); methodical approach to evaluating the quality of working life for the subjective component, the difference of which is to determine the perceptions of employees adequacy of material and non-material incentives, social security, working conditions in the internal and external environment for the partial indicators; classification strategies to ensure quality of work life by additional proposed theoretically based and practically significant features; comprehensive methodological approach to define strategies to ensure quality of work life of workers in industry, which is the difference in positioning industry entities in three dimensions; procedure for determining the priority areas and measures to improve the quality of working life of industrial workers, the difference of which is to rank the existing policy gaps; the development implemented in practice by the Executive Committee of the Kharkiv city council Kharkiv region, Kharkiv regional state administration, LLC "Trade and Industrial Company "NOVA", LLC "PENTAFLOP", in the educational process Kharkiv National Economic University named after Semyon Kuznets; Scope: improving the quality of working life of industrial workers
