Theoretical analysis of psychological and educational literature on the research problem was carried out, the choreography art role in the effective process of character building qualities of younger students was determined. The structural components of the studied phenomena as the cognitive component (a knowledge system of children about the perseverance and self-confidence), the emotion-evaluative component (emotional reactions to the valuable attitude toward themselves, their success and failure, the quantitative and qualitative result of activity) and the active component (the ability to persevere confident complex situation were identified and experimentally conducted). The effectiveness of the educational process was ensured by studying the movements and exercises that are available for each student. Student's activity in a dancing performance promotes the development of individual quality of each student, his or her independence and originality. The study confirms the importance of development of personal qualities of each child depends on the recognition the talented children, to create harmonious, open, trusting relation in a younger student's team. Such kind of a relationship is achieved by studying dance staging activities of students and regardless of their abilities. It promotes their awareness of their own importance, increases their creativity, studies their perseverance and confidence.
