Essay

The research is devoted to uncovering problems of managing the process of pedagogic orientation of senior pupils of secondary school with the use of informative - communicative technologies. Several key terms definitions are corrected in the given Thesis on the base of the analysis of foreign and Ukrainian scientific sources, law base and observation of modern situation in managing pedagogic orientation of senior pupils. They are: "professional orientation", "pedagogic orientation", "process of pedagogic orientation of senior pupils in secondary school", "managing the process of pedagogic orientation of senior pupils in secondary school", "informative - communicative technologies", "managing the process of pedagogic orientation of senior pupils in secondary school with the use of informative - communicative technologies" A number of problems in organizational and structural aspects of managing the process of pedagogic orientation of senior pupils were observed in practice. After researching the core competence of the above mentioned problem, the structure of managing team on the base of democracy was elaborated and examined in real conditions of secondary school. Model of managing the process of pedagogic orientation of senior pupils in secondary school with the use of informative-communicative technologies was created and proved by the provided scientific experiment. The above mentioned Model includes the following components: theoretical, organizational-managing, contextual, technological and assessing-resulting. Methods for providing experimental research are specially found and checked while implemented The Model of managing the process of pedagogic orientation of senior pupils in secondary school with the use of informative-communicative technologies. The results of this experiment were analyzed and, Methodic recommendations were created to explain the correct implementation of the Model of managing the process of pedagogic orientation of senior pupils in secondary school with the use of informative - communicative technologies.
