Object - extracurricular educational process at general secondary educational establishments; the aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested in extracurricular educational activity pedagogical conditions on the level of communicative abilities development in teenagers with deviant behaviour ; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to provide a theoretical substantiation and experimental testing of the pedagogical conditions of communicative abilities development in teenagers with deviant behaviour in extracurricular educational activity; the criteria and indices of the communicative abilities development levels in teenagers with deviant behavior have been specified; the definition of the term "communicative abilities" has been enriched with the statements stating that these abilities provide for the efficiency of personality's communicative activity and are biologically determined and only develop in the process of active social interaction; the data on the organizational-pedagogical mechanism of communicative abilities development in teenagers with deviant behavior and the structure of communicative abilities allowing for their representation as the behavior-communicative pattern, strategic and tactical blocks have been provided; results - the substantiated pedagogical conditions of communicative abilities development in teenagers with deviant behaviour have undergone an experimental testing and are recommended for the implementation in extracurricular educational activity at general secondary educational establishments. The materials of the research will be helpful in the process of specialized training of Bachelors and Masters of Education at higher education institutions of III-IV levels of accreditation in teaching future social workers "Family Education Pedagogy", "Social Support of Families", "Methods of Social and Educational Work", "Social Work with Different Groups of Clients", "Social and Pedagogical Crime Prevention" courses and in writing degree papers ; field - pedagogy.
