Object - the process of education and upbringing senior teenagers at school; the aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested technology of pedagogical support realization for leadership potential development in senior teenagers in their collective activity on the level of development of the given potential in pupils; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to provide a theoretical substantiation and experimentally test a level-based technology of pedagogical support realization for leadership potential development in senior teenagers in their collective activity; the definition of the term "leadership potential" is specified as one's personality formation representing a systemic combination of his/her individual resources, natural and acquired characteristics, revealed in the ability to realize one's efficient influence on other people in the process of group interaction; the notion of pedagogical support is defined as a systematic, goal-oriented teacher's activity directed at providing every pupil with preventive and urgent support in the process of his/her development as a personality and individual, besides the understanding of pedagogical support for leadership potential development in senior teenagers in their collective activity that includes teacher's systematic, goal-oriented involvement and interaction with pupils directed at the achievement of the success of this process by making every teenager become its active participant is analysed; the forms and methods of education and upbringing that provide for pedagogical support for leadership potential development in senior teenagers in their collective activity have undergone further study; results - the implementation of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested technology of pedagogical support realization for leadership potential development in senior teenagers in their collective activity at schools. Theoretical ideas and practical findings of the research on the issues of leadership potential development in senior teenagers in their collective activity are recommended to be considered and used in the teaching process at secondary schools, in training teachers and in teachers' professional development programmes at teacher training institutions and while compiling textbooks and teaching manuals on pedagogical disciplines and will be helpful for students and Master degree students preparing course, diploma and master degree papers ; field - pedagogy.
