Korzachenko O. Modeling of Business Processes Management in Telecommunication Companies

The thesis work develops the concept of modeling of business processes management in telecommunication companies, providing an integral perception regarding modeling, analysis and improvement in the system of business processes management, as well as enabling development of a complex of measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of activities of economic companies. The concept stipulates selection and introduction of rational architecture of business processes in the enterprises, determination of priority business processes, their analysis on the basis of suggested system of indices and improvement, as well as introduction of business processes management systems and service-oriented architecture. The hierarchic graph model of rationalization of business processes architecture at companies has been elaborated with the use of a modified method of hierarchy analysis, allowing more accurate results, as it eliminates the model error at calculation of weight vectors and use of linear contraction at availability of qualitative criteria. The econometric model determining the possibility of collection of accounts receivable, which was built using a logistic regression, enables differentiation of terms of services rendering to clients of telecommunication companies and improvement of priority business process.
