Pochueva O. Management of presentation activities of secondary schools in the region.

Thesis is devoted to the problem of managing of presentation activities of secondary schools. On the basis of modern scientific and theoretical research in the field of refined definition of "presentation activity", "management presentation activity of secondary schools", "competitive", "competitiveness of the institution," "positioning", "positioning the institution for the education market and the labor market". Developed and theoretically grounded model presentation management activities of an educational institution on the basis of the system, andragogical, competence, qualimetric approaches. We have created a model presentation management activities of secondary schools made it possible to solve the following problem: to develop guidelines for the implementation of model management presentation activity of secondary schools in the region, for training courses Institute of Postgraduate Education to develop a program of special course Management presentation activity of secondary schools and related guidance. The results showed: that the developed model helps to enhance the image as well awareness of the target audience; developed a special course for training courses Postgraduate Education "Management presentation activities of an educational institution" contributes to the professional competence of the head; authoring complex-purpose program ensures consistency and continuity in the management of a comprehensive educational institution; using quotient-criterial submodel provides an objective assessment of the definition presentation management activities of an educational institution. Deals with the methodology of the experiment, analyzed the results of the study, formulated guidelines for managers of education institutions for implementing management model presentation activity in practical work.
