The thesis presents theoretical generalization problems of formation of readiness for personal type of communication at the future teachers. It was found the state of research of this problem in the scientific literature of domestic and foreign scientific authors. Had been made an explanation of the definitions of the essence of the concepts of "personal type of communication" and "readiness to personal type of communication of the future teacher". Found norms, indicators and identified levels of formation of readiness for personal type of communication at the future teachers. Grounded and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness for personal type of communication at the future teachers in the educational process of pedagogical university.
