Object - the process of aesthetic education of secondary school pupils; the aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of aesthetic education of pupils by means of national vocal folklore in the primary school educational process; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions of aesthetic education of pupils by means of national vocal folklore in the primary school educational process providing for different directions of aesthetic education of primary school pupils by means of national vocal folklore; the terms "aesthetic education by means of national vocal folklore" and "national vocal folklore" have been specified; the issues of the primary school role and teaching process potential in aesthetic education of pupils by means of national vocal folklore have undergone further study ; results - the substantiated pedagogical conditions of aesthetic education of pupils by means of national vocal folklore are recommended for the implementation in the primary school teaching and educational process, for the use in the teacher training system and in the system of professional development of primary school teachers , preschool teachers, teachers of Music; they will be helpful for scholars and teaching staff engaged in compiling teaching manuals and recommendations directed at the school aesthetic education improvement. The results of the research can be used by the primary school teachers, teachers of Music and Dance, teachers-organizers of out of class activities, academics and students of teacher training institutions, the staff in the sphere of professional development of teachers in order to get working teachers being aware of the progressive developments and engaging them in the implementation of new aesthetic educational technologies; the acquired data will allow to work out new teaching programmes and teaching manuals on aesthetic education of pupils by means of national vocal folklore; field - pedagogy.
