Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the spiritual and moral education of senior pupils at the residential care institution by means of Ukrainian ethnopedagogy. The thesis singled out theoretically grounded contents, methods and forms and pedagogical conditions of spiritual and moral education of senior ethnopedagogical zasabamy in boarding schools are tested. The modern model of education and training is aimed at personality, its active involvement in the process of cultural creativity, lifestyle, patterns of behavior, that are the product of globalization and have an alternative in national spiritual traditions. Its development is determined by ancient traditions and culture, causing a transition to ethnically-differentiated training at high schools. The results of the pedagogical experiment confirmed that the proposed ethnopedagogical means of spiritual and moral education of senior orphaned enable them to acquire knowledge about leading spiritual and moral personality traits, shape the moral conscience and beliefs, norms and rules, absorb spiritual and moral behavior from the standpoint of people's perceptions spirituality and morality, enriched moral feelings, develop skills, spiritual and moral life, and cultural self-education. The practical significance lies in the compilation of teaching experience of boarding schools of formation of spiritual and moral education; determining the organizational and pedagogical conditions that affect the efficiency of the process of spiritual and moral education of senior pupils; development and implementation model of spiritual and moral education of high school students that can be used by teaching staff in educational boarding schools. Analysis of the literature resources of the problems of spiritually-moral education of the younger generation has made it possible to argue that all categories of education, spiritual and moral education, particularly in pedagogy are such that have no single universally accepted definition because they are associated with the spiritual world of a man who are difficult to fully explore. Understanding the nature of spiritually-moral education, contents and means of implementation depends on the trends of educational thought, characterized by increased interest in the philosophical understanding of the research object. Established philosophy of education has identified the concept of "spiritual and moral education" as stratification of values, meanings, a system of relations of senior high school student with personal emotional and volitional reflection, allowing to understand, evaluate and improve. It is proved that the proposed ethnopedagogical means of spiritual and moral education of senior pupils, enable them to acquire knowledge about leading spiritual and moral personality, to form moral conscience and belief assimilate rules and regulations of spiritual and moral behavior from the standpoint of people's perceptions of spirituality and morality, enriched moral feelings, develop skills, spiritual and moral life, and cultivate self-education. Spiritual and moral education of senior pupils of boarding school is the dominant nature of the content and implementation of the universal values. Summing up the experience of forming concepts of spiritual and moral values, we believe that the content of spiritual education institutionalized orphaned to involve mastery of knowledge, skills, confirming the validity of the subsequent formation of public relations senior pupils. It is proved that the learning process of residential care is necessary to activate the upbringing of spirituality that will assist in shaping life strategies, based on axiological component. Personal self-search social role of seniors, the capacity for critical reflection of reality formed environment. It is proved that the successful implementation of the tasks of spiritual and moral education of seniors in institutionalized orphaned is possible if a practice boarding schools such pedagogical conditions: the study of individual subjects ethnopedagogical direction, democratization of school life, the introduction of student government, providing spiritual priority ethnopedagogical means of moral education system educational work, integration means of ethnopedagogy in content subjects.
