Shnitser I. Effectivization functioning health system in the region

The object of study: the processes of functioning health care system in the region. Objective: generalization and development of theoretical and methodological bases and developing of practical measures for accelerating effectivation of functioning health care system in the region. Methods: analysis and synthesis, generalization, historical, graphics, scientific prediction, economic and mathematical and statistical. Novelty: for the first time proposed the concept of "effectivation functioning of the regional health care system", which the author understands as the process of search of management solutions, development and conducting a series of measures aimed on improving health, social and economic efficiency of functiong health care institutions through an integrated use and development of all factors and resources, proposed new direction of development the management of regional health care system, which is to provide results of effectivation of functionong called system through the control system at national and regional levels on the one hand, and through its own system of performance management medical institution on the other hand, improved conceptual and terminological apparatus of research topic by clarifying the essence of its basic concepts and establishing of relations between them in the field of terminology of effectivation functioning of the regional health care system, methodical approach to identifying features mutual causing impact of demographic processes in the region and state of population health on the efficacy of functioning of public health institutions and vice versa. Scope: in developing the Regional Development Strategy of Transcarpathian region for the period to 2020 for developing of rational management decisions on the reform of the regional health care system, in the activities of the Transcarpathian regional center of emergency medical care for developing of basic ways to reform training of management staff in the field of health care, increasing their motivation for quality work, in the educational process of PHEE "Lviv University of Business and Law".
