Essay

The thesis suggests solutions of actual task of assessing the trust relationship in the insurance business. It is analyzed the essence of the concept of "trust" as an economic category and defined the concept of "trust relationship". The thesis explores the concept of fuzzy modeling of trust relationship in the insurance business that includes assessment of the financial results of the insurance company, assessment of the trust relationship of three types and the recommendations by models. A model of trust relationship is based on the use of the complete information of team members in a relative scale. It's highlighted three criteria of trust: trust status, mutual trust and trust of misunderstanding. The model of trust evaluation between the insurance company and environment is improved.
