Danevych N. Ensuring competitiveness of workers on regional labor market

Object of research is the process of ensuring the competitiveness of workers on regional labour markets in modern conditions. The purpose of the thesis-deepening theoretical-methodological principles and development of scientific-practical recommendations for ensuring the competitiveness of workers on the regional labour market in modern conditions. Research methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of the thesis is a theory of the labor market and employment, competition, employment potential, social responsibility. To achieve this goal in the work of applied modern scientific methods of cognition, system analysis, dialectical, economic and statistical analysis, expert assessments, statistical grouping, grafolog??nij, economics and mathematics, sociology, systems analysis and synthesis. Improved methodological approach to the evaluation and regulation of workers ' competitiveness on regional labour markets, the classification of conditions and factors shaping the competitive advantages of employees on the regional labour market, a comprehensive comparative assessment of the competitiveness of workers in the regions of Ukraine. That's enough for further development of the competitiveness of workers on the regional labour market, theoretical-methodological basis ensuring the competitiveness of workers on the regional labour market, conceptual provisions for building mechanism of ensuring the competitiveness of workers on the regional labour market and a strategic roadmap to ensure the competitiveness of workers. Research results concerning the evaluation and ensuring the competitiveness of workers on the regional labour market have found application in practical activities: Strategic Planning Department of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, Chief of the Department of labor and social protection of population of the Kirovohrad Oblast State administration in the process of developing the collective labor agreements of enterprises, Department of social protection of population of the Kirovohrad Oblast State administration during the preparation of measures to improve State policy in the sphere of social and labor relations. Suggestions for maintaining the competitiveness of workers in the regions are used: a trade union representing employees of education and science of Ukraine, Federation of trade unions of Kirovohrad region. Recommendations for improving the quality of training of workers employed by the enterprise "Uhl-mash". The main results of the study are used in the educational process of the Kirovohrad National Technical University.
