In the thesis conceptual provisions of business process in quality management of educational services provided in the form of stages, the ultimate purpose of which is to determine changes in higher educational establishments based on corporate objectives, monitoring results and re-engineering program are developed. Within a framework of offered provisions the model of business processes structure of educational services quality management has been updated. This model allows correlating of the objectives of a higher educational institution with the relevant indicators of business processes and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of quality management system implementation within a higher educational institution based on elaborated structure of its activities and its evaluation on the principle of "golden section", which allows to determine the direction of management influence. The classification of business processes of higher educational establishments which takes into account their type and peculiarities of educational services that allow to sort income information in business process modeling is considered. Methods of evaluating of business processes quality of educational services via higher educational establishments strategic alignment, their objectives, business processes, and the system of showings that enable to provide rationale for adjustments and reengineering of business processes were offered.
