The object of the research: theoretical, methodological, institutional and practical principles of formation and use of incomes Ukraine. Objective: deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations and developing of practical recommendations for improving policy formulation and use of income. Methods: synthesis, comparative and statistical analysis, cluster analysis. The novelty: for the first time proved the strategic policy priorities of formation and use of incomes in terms of activation of integration processes that take into account the benefits and risks of their impact on public and personal levels and focused on providing an integrated approach for solving the problems in this area, the definition of "income" under which refers to the maximum amount of assets (cash and in-kind income) received or produced by the individual to maintain his physical, moral, economic and intellectual status, spend, provided that the expected value (in monetary terms) future earnings remain preliminary, interpretation the essence of the concept of "investment potential of the population", which refers to a set of cash, non-cash income and savings that may wish funds manager used as a source of investment in the country's economy through entrepreneurship, the accumulation of funds and their distribution through credit and banking system other operations in the financial market system factors income differentiation, which, unlike the existing ones, takes into account the structural causes of growth and regional disparities in incomes. Scope: for the improvement of the structural elements of combat laundering of the proceeds of crime, to improve policies and the structural units of the apparatus of the Lviv regional state administration, in the educational process of National University "Lviv Polytechnic" in teaching subjects "State Regulation of the Economy", "History of Economics and Economic Thought","Social aspects of entrepreneurship" and "Macroeconomics".
