Bolovatska Y. Students' Person-Oriented Education in Cultural and Recreational Activities of Higher Pedagogical Educational Establishments

A research object is a process of education of students in cultural and recreational activities of higher pedagogical educational establishments. Research aim - to work out and experimentally check methodology of the person-oriented education of students in cultural and recreational activities of higher pedagogical educational establishments. Research methods: theoretical, empiric, statistical. Theoretical results and novelty : methodology of the personality oriented education of students is first worked out in cultural and recreational activities of higher pedagogical educational establishment, that supposes realization of youth project "School of cultural leisure of student young people"; criteria, indexes and levels of personality development of future teachers, are certain and reasonable in cultural and recreational activities. The practical value of the got results of research consists of introduction in practice of higher pedagogical school of the worked out methodology, approbations of authorial technology of constructing of cultural and recreational events. This technology can be used by administrations of establishments of the system of education as a tool for organization of educator work.
