The object - the development of labor potential; goal - improving the theoretical, methodological and practical bases enhance the educational component of the labor potential in order to increase its efficiency and ensuring development; methods - of abstraction, analysis, synthesis, logical analysis, abstract and logical, synergistic approach, monographic, theoretical generalization, comparison, analogy, classification and statistical analysis; novelty - the essence of the educational component of the labor potential, which is a set of qualities and characteristics of the employee, formed in education and training; proved its crucial role in the revitalization and development of other components as well as the employment potential of the individual as a whole; reasonably innovative tools enhance the educational component of the labor potential based on the formation of a common innovative field as a set of conditions and opportunities for the implementation of scientific ideas, educational innovations and their implementation in the form of "education-science-production"; this made it possible to identify trends create innovative field of labor potential as an open system normalized relations between education, science and industry in order to create equal opportunities training, ensuring their professional development; singled endogenous and exogenous factors influence the educational component of the development of labor potential and systematized them, unlike existing approaches by criteria incentive and deterrent vectors of development and innovation priority factors in raising the educational level of the economically active population; improved methodology for assessing the impact of the educational component of the development of labor potential at the micro level, based on multivariate analysis and helps identify the main directions of ensuring the implementation of the employment potential interference based educational qualification, personal, physiological and motivational potentials; the method of comprehensive evaluation of the nature of education and training in the context of the problems of labor potential using the method socioeconomic normal, which made it possible to identify trends, reveal a set of institutional, organizational and economic factors comprehensively describe quantitative parameters of the operation and prospects of the development of the education system; grounded proposals on formation of socio-economic mechanism of activation of the educational component of the labor potential as a system of social, economic and institutional methods, activities and organizational forms of influence on the development of education, the promotion of innovative fields, coordination of actions of all elements and components of the mechanism to implement innovative market prospects labor and education; the results of the research are implemented into an economic practice.
