Essay

This research is devoted to the development of management problems kindergarten on adaptive principles. Based on the analysis of modern scientific and theoretical research in the field of clarified the definition of "development of kindergarten", "development management kindergarten", "management development kindergarten on adaptive principles" was defined more exactly. It was developed and theoretically grounded the model of management development for kindergarten adaptive basis. It was created the model that had aims to solve such problems: providing the effectiveness of the educational process; coordination of strategic objectives education goals of the institution, personal goals participants in the educational process, providing positive motivation activities of the educational process; forming of life competence pets. The model made it possible to increase the efficiency of educational process and coordination of strategic objectives which are good for education goals of the institution, personal goals and motives of the participants of the educational process and provide mutual adaptation of control subsystem with the self-government managed subsystems kindergarten. This approach helps create a competitive kindergarten and provides positive dynamics of development. The methodology of experimental verification was shown, the results of experimental verification were analyzed, it was developed guidelines for the implementation of development management model kindergarten on adaptive basis.
