The thesis research carried out the theoretical generalization of the students' moral values problem in pedagogical universities by means of information and communication technologies. Based on the analysis of modern scientific literature it is proved that the problem of the students' moral values formation by means of information and communication technologies is a topical and insufficiently developed. Refined and expanded the concept of "the students' moral values formation in pedagogical universities" as a system of activities, directed at the development of the moral consciousness and the students' moral behavior improvement, and also the defining of their moral position in the implementation of future social teacher role, creating favorable conditions for educating of future generations in the deployment of the cultural and educational space, including virtual. The criteria (intellectual, instrumental-informational, emotional and motivational, activity-active, ethical-communicative) are identified, the indicators for each criterion, the levels (high, medium, low) of students' moral values formation, are characterized by means of information and communication technologies. As a result of ascertaining stage of the experiment it is determined that the low level of students' moral values formation in pedagogical universities is 41,35 % of the respondents in the control group and 41,38 % of the experimental group, the medium - 43,27 % of the control group and 42,76 % of the experimental group, the high - 15,36 % of the control group and 15,86 % of the experimental group. The pedagogical conditions of students' moral values formation in pedagogical universities by means of information and communication technologies are grounded and experimentally tested: the enrichment of students' theoretical knowledge in pedagogical university with the essence of the moral values formation process by means of information and communication technologies; the providing of a positive motivation of students to the formation of moral values by means of information and communication technologies; the activation of conscious mastery by students of pedagogical universities the educational activities experience by means of information and communication technologies. An integrated course "Information and communication technologies in the spiritual and moral education of students", Skype-conferences "Moral behavior in cyberspace", "Ethics of video chatting", seminars "Persistence of social networks and the ways to overcome it", "The anonymity of communication in social networks: implications of masked communication", round tables "The rules of ethical behavior in social networks", "The essence of the formation of moral values by means of information and communication technologies" etc., are developed and implemented, and the methods for moral content situations modeling in cyberspace, video chatting, social networks and others. The implementation of pedagogical conditions was carried out by a group of students' moral values formation methods in pedagogical universities by means of information and communication technologies. The thesis shows how to use them to change levels of moral values formation. We assigned the group of valuable consciousness formation methods: a conversation about moral values and their significance in human life and society, the explanations and beliefs about the values of goodness, justice in human life, the Skype-dialogue on the topic: "The moral value - love", "Value respect for human dignity" and others. To the group of moral organizing activities formation methods and formation of moral behavior experience as to a close environment, and in the virtual space, we used: to teach to the moral interaction, educational situation-orders, etc. We have included to the group of ethical behavior promoting methods and moral behavior system: the competition - best presentation on the topic "Preventing exposure of the toxic information on the minds of the students" encouragement and motivation to committing of exercises-acts, and others. The teaching experiment showed that through the introduction of pedagogical conditions can save the dynamic educational process, which greatly intensifies the moral development of students. The results of the formative stage of the pedagogical experiment show positive dynamics of changes in the students' moral values formation in pedagogical universities by means of information and communication technologies: the number of the experimental group respondents with a low level of development has decreased (by 26,21 %), the number of students at the average level of development has slightly increased (3,45 %), the number of respondents high level of formation has significantly increased (at 22,76 %). The results of the study suggest that the aim is achieved, the hypothesis is confirmed, and the tasks have been solved. The study does not cover all the aspects of theoretical and practical search solution. The topics remain relevant, related to the peculiarities of the information products implementation in the educational process of higher educational institutions, as well as the need to address the development issues of morality and spirituality in the practical work of students with pupils in the virtual space.
