Essay

Theoretical generalization of the problem of future teachers training to the formation of family spiritual and moral values of secondary school pupils has been made in the thesis. Based on the theoretical analysis of the philosophical, psychological, sociological, educational literature we revealed methodological basis, and the meaning of leading concepts ("family spiritual and moral values", "training of future teachers to the formation of family spiritual and moral values of secondary school pupils"; "axiological educational interaction") and state of the problem's investigation. Family values have been determined as a cultivated in society a set of positive ideas about the family, which made the choice of family goals, ways of organizing life and interaction. Family spiritual and moral values have been considered as ideological notions and moral precepts based on the accepted understanding of the family in the community, relationships of people in the family, appropriate marriage and family behavior, that provided demographic and cultural reproduction of the nation and state, physical and spiritual health of family members. The result of future teachers training to the formation of family spiritual and moral values of secondary school pupils has been defined as the formation of the ability of axiological educational interaction providing, which is considered as expedient designed and purposefully organized process of formation of teacher value-educational relations of cooperation and co-creation of educational interaction subjects (teacher, pupil, parents, teaching staff, social and public institutions). Modern scientific and pedagogical approaches (personal, cultural, axiological, familogical and traditions knowing) in future teachers training to the formation of family spiritual and moral values of pupils. We specified criteria (motivation, reflexive, self understandable, and cognitive-activity) that characterize the level (low, medium, sufficient high) of teachers' readiness to the formation of family spiritual and moral values of secondary schools pupils according to the defined parameters (the desire to acquire knowledge in pedagogy, theory of education, the foundations of family relationships, awareness of social and personal values of family children education; ability to adequately assess their own teaching results on family pupils education and work with parents, the need for their improvement; forecasting of future professional activity, integrity of pedagogical, psychological, philosophical and etnopedagogical knowledge about family and family upbringing of children; experience of use of complex methods, forms and means of the formation of family spiritual and moral values of pupils). Theoretically grounded and experimentally tested the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of future teacher to the formation of family spiritual and moral values of secondary school pupils: providing individually oriented approach in future teachers training to the formation of family spiritual and moral values of pupils; improving future teachers theoretical knowledge on family spiritual and moral values; content development and optimization of this process in higher pedagogical educational institution. Implementation of the first teaching condition ensured: development and self-development of individual cognitive abilities of future teachers; identification and implementation of interests, aptitudes, abilities of students and development of their moral and spiritual values. Implementation of the second teaching condition is carried out by the developing of a special course "Fundamentals of family relationships" and its introduction into teachers' training of different specialties. Technology of future teacher optimization to the formation of family spiritual and moral values of pupils has been designed as an integrative educational system that has contents, methodical, organizational and educational components aimed at mastering systematized knowledge, gaining humane personal qualities of the teacher and meets certain teaching conditions. The received results gave the opportunity to fix a positive dynamics: reducing of the number of future teachers with low and middle level of readiness in the experimental group with a significant increase in high-level indices, while in the control group, these changes were not significant. Probability of this phenomenon was confirmed by methods of mathematical statistics.
