Say D. Formation of Future Social Workers' Moral Values in the Process of Volunteering

Object - the process of moral education of students of higher educational institutions; the aim - on the basis of the theoretical grounding of the research's problem to determine and to test experimentally the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of the formation of future social workers' moral values in the process of volunteering; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - firstly the pedagogical conditions of the formation of future social workers' moral values in the process of volunteering are scientifically grounded; the essence of the concepts "future social workers' moral values" and "volunteering as a mean of future social workers' moral education" is clarified; theses that characterize functions of volunteering in the formation of future social workers' moral values get the further development; results - the proposed pedagogical conditions of the formation of future social workers' moral values have been experimentally tested that allows to implement them in practice successfully. The study's results can be used by organizers of volunteering; by professors of higher schools in the process of teaching such disciplines as "Ethics of Social Work", "Deontology", "Social Work in Various Life Scopes", "Design in Social Work", "Volunteering in Social Work"; by methodologists in the system of advanced training social workers; by scientists in the process of the development of manuals devoted to student youth's moral education in volunteering; field - pedagogy.
