Object - the process of forming Internet communication ethics in the teenagers; the aim - to work out, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the technology of Internet communication ethics forming in teenagers in the comprehensive school teaching process; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the technology of Internet communication ethics forming in teenagers; the pedagogical conditions providing for the efficiency of the researched technology are determined; the content of the term "teenagers' Internet communication ethics" is analysed; the structural components of teenagers' Internet communication ethics are singled out; the criteria, indices and levels of teenagers' Internet communication ethics formation are worked out; the peculiarities of Internet communication are ascertained; the pedagogical ideas on methods and forms ensuring the quality of the educational process organization at comprehensive schools are scrutinized with the focus on their potential for teenagers' Internet communication ethics forming; results - the researched and experimentally tested technology as well as supporting materials will be helpful for teenagers' Internet communication ethics forming at comprehensive schools. The theoretical ideas and practical findings of the research may be used by academics training teachers at pedagogical educational establishments for the renewal of lecture and practical class contents, for working out special courses and teaching manuals; they will be helpful to students for carrying out individual researchers, writing course, diploma and Master degree papers; field - pedagogy.
