Target of research – the process of specialists’ labour productivity anagement under the conditions of an innovative economy model formation. The theoretical and methodological basis of the work are the fundamental statements of modern economics, works of national and foreign scientists related to labour productivity, changes in work maintenance in the current context, innovative economic development. The thesis work is dedicated to the fundamental grounds of methodical basis and practical recommendations for labour productivity of specialists in the context of an innovative economy model formation. The scientific approaches to the definition of «labour productivity of specialists» and other interrelated socioeconomic categories have been systematized, their meaning in terms of innovative economic formation have been clarified. The factors of specialists’ labour productivity system development, methodical approaches and indicators of the full assessment of preconditions for its growth during fledging years of an innovative economic model have been determined. An estimation of the state and preconditions for the labour productivity growth and economic development features under the innovative economic model at macro-, meso- and micro-levels has been carried out. There were suggested a conceptual scheme for increasing the specialists' labour productivity in the context of innovative development at the macroeconomic level, measures to overcome regional disparities and improving on this basis the specialists' labour productivity in the regions, approaches to provide a stable growth of specialists’ labour productivity at the microeconomic level. The concepts of thesis work to enhance cooperation for training specialists in the productive techniques and methods of work under conditions of an innovative economic model formation and determine staffing needs based on the planned level of labor productivity have been used in the activities of the Kirovohrad City Employment Center. Recommendations for using levers for increasing labour productivity of specialists based on the results the constructed cognitive maps have been used in the enterprise with foreign investments «Avtoinveststroy-Kirovohrad». The results of evaluation of factors influence on the level of specialists’ labour productivity have been applied during the improvement human resources policy of the LLC «Protein-Production» company. Proposals for usage of identified reserves to increase specialists’ labour productivity have found application in the process of economic development plan validation for SE «Kirovograd Oblavtodor», OJSC «State Joint Stock Company «Roadways of Ukraine» for years 2015-2016.
