Zolotariova O. Cultivating Students' Value Orientations in the Process of Educational Work of a Higher Technical Educational Institution.

Object: the process of educational work of a high technical educational establishment; aim: pedagogical conditions of the formation of students' value orientations in the process of educational work of a high technical educational establishment are theoretically grounded and experimentally examined; methods: retrospective analysis, comparison, classification, systematization and generalization, abstraction and concretization of theoretical and empirical data, diagnostic questioning, testing, pedagogical observation, quantitative and qualitative analysis of research results, statistical finishing of received data; novelty: pedagogical conditions of the formation of students' value orientations in the process of educational work of a high technical educational establishment were determined, analysis of effectiveness of the determined pedagogical conditions implementation according to four criteria - motivational, cognitive, active, reflexive; field - theory and technique of education.
