Tverdushka T. Perfection of the organizational-economic mechanism of work stimulation in the field of innovation

The thesis is devoted to the development of the methodology of work stimulation in the field of innovative activity of the machine-building enterprises and to development of practical recommendations concerning improving of organizational-economic mechanism of work stimulation in the field of innovation. The essence of labor as a strategic resource and motivation basics of working in the field of innovation has been revealed. The current state and trends of the innovations engineering on the machine-building enterprises of Ukraine has been defined. The estimation of diagnosis of the social determinants has been performed. The effectiveness of work in the field of innovation on the machine-building enterprises has been carried out. The scientific and organizational approach to work stimulation in the field of innovation are based on motivational monitoring of preferences of stakeholders which allows to carry out an evidence-based choice of necessary tools to work stimulate on the ukrainian machine-building enterprises. The methodical approach to the design model of material work stimulation and scientific instruments of efficiency diagnostic of work in the field of innovation has been proposed. The functional-logical system of measures to improve the efficiency of work in the field of innovation on the machine-building enterprises has been developed.
