Volchkova H. Social capital formation under the conditions of employment transformation

The object of study - the formation of social capital in terms of transformation of employment. The aim - to generalize theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific recommendations for the formation of social capital in terms of transformation of employment. Research methods. We used methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, structural and logical analysis, dialectical, system, economic-statistical, economic and mathematical modeling, graphical. For the first time developed a scientific and methodical bases of research the transformation of the relationship employment and social capital. Improved: systematization of scientific approaches to the study of the processes of formation of social capital; technology application "network" approach to the formation of social capital in the sphere of labor, scientific and methodical approach to the construction scheme of regulation of employment mechanism, which provides for its focus on the formation of social capital. Were further developed: interpretation of the essence of the notion of "social capital" from the standpoint of social interaction in employment; scientific and methodological provisions on justification of the nature of the formation of social capital; scientific and practical approach to the assessment of global trends in the formation of social capital and its impact on the economy; comprehensive assessment factors in the formation of social capital in Ukraine at different levels of the economic system. The results of the research have found practical application in the Department of Social Welfare Kirovohrad regional state administration, Kirovograd Regional Union of Education and Science of Ukraine, the company "ISP Storm", Kirovohrad National Technical University.
